Fowler & Peth is a family owned second generation company dedicated to the values above.  In the 60 plus years of running a business we have learned that lasting relationships are built by living up to these values.

We are in the business of SELLING building products.  Satisfied CUSTOMERS produce those SALES.  Our objective is to create satisfied customers through frank and open communication, dealing honestly and executing on commitments.  We endeavor to learn the needs of our customers - homeowners, professional contractors and retail building material dealers.  By fulfilling those needs we create a mutually beneficial relationship.

Construction jobsites can be a hazardous environment.  Only through a complete commitment to SAFETY can we minimize risks to our employees and the others who work with us.  Our SAFETY training is second to none and our employees are held accountable for EXECUTING their training.

Treating our customers with absolute INTEGRITY creates trust and strengthens the long term relationships we strive to build.  We have learned that the short term advantage that might be gained by being less than truthful is outweighed by the long term harm to one’s trustworthiness.  CANDID, INFORMAL and HONEST communication creates the environment for true customer satisfaction.

EXECUTION on commitments is a two part process.  Realistic and honest communication about what is possible and then a determination to do as you promised show customers your commitment to excellent EXECUTION.  When the unexpected happens, we fix it, no questions asked.
